The zman bundle-export-to-file (betf) command should include an option to export the system variables defined at the bundle level in the settings. Likewise, the zman bundle-create (bc) should include an option to set the system variables. This would also apply to the ZCC-based bundle export/import wizard in ZCM 2017.
This would be desired when you have defined variables on the bundle that the actions use.

The system variables are part of the bundle settings which can be exported using "bsetf" and re-imported using "bss". This is consistent with the way how device settings are handled.
