A ZQueue task can be assigned to any Primary server but sometimes some servers are better suited than others to run tasks due to various reasons such as load, hardware, network connection speed, etc. If there was a way to prevent certain servers from performing the tasks, it would be beneficial.

Another potential use case for this would be Primaries servers in the DMZ for Mobile Management or general devices managed remotely. You would want the traffic on those servers to be only what is absolutely required as part of hardening and to simplify monitoring and troubleshooting.
