Until ZCM 11.4.3 there was the ability to display the full name of a user instead of the possibly crypted or truncated "login name".

Example old (Window title of NAL window):

Example ZCM2017:
Right next to the user icon: SAUERWEI

The full name (edirectory or active directory) is available in zcc - Users - Details - General
Object type: User
Login Name: SAUERWEI
Full Name: Harald Sauerwein

So it should be no problem to replace the user information, perhaps by appending the
"ZENworks End User Branding Policy" with a switch to configure the current behaviour or
the new with displaying "Full Name".

The upgrade from ZCM11 to ZCM2017 is a step backwards regarding user-friendliness!
