We experience on all of our Workplaces, that the ZENworksWindowsService.exe uses to much memory. Mostly it uses more than ~500 MB and sometimes 1 GB and more. Other applications can't use this memory all the time.

Please make ZENworksWindowsService.exe to use less memory or free up some memory over time.

• Same here in ZENworksUpdaterService.exe - uses also sometimes tons of MB.

• Please also update your inventory regarding the "exe" - files. These services should be mapped to a corresponding and already existing product in ZCM.

• we have massive Problems with heavy memory consumation of ZenWindowsService Process. We need a Solution. We dont find the problem, GPOs oder Bundles, maybe the Patch Management. The Problem is after Zenworks 17.3
