This can be achieved today as a device filter....
However, no solution would ever be straight forward.
Unfortunately, for most systems without dedicated graphics cards, Windows will report the amount of Video Ram to be equal to System Ram.
On how to achieve the bundle functionality...I would suggest posting in the support forums.
