The update of the agent is counter-productive for the user.

Many problems :

- During the migration processus, the Z Applications (bundles) do not work. message : " Unable to open bundle. The ZAA is currently unavaible..."
The problem is the migration processus is long (>30min) and meanwhile the users can't launch thier Z applications.

- if i choosed the Upgrade with options no reboot and limited functionality, the Zen login appear at the end of the processus.


I propose a full transparent upgrade...
all functionality available, and not second authentification


Big challenge for the dev team but necessary.

Another competing product does very well...
