As Mac OS X supports MDM servers and policies, support for it should be added to ZENworks.
As an enhancement, use the "InstallApplication" MDM primitive to push the full ZENworks agent to the device, without user intervention other than enrolling the device under the zenworks-eup

Pushing from DEP would help maintain compliance as well.
This is the essential first step to being able to claim "modern" Mac support.
This is becoming even more important now. I keep loosing customers because things move so slow with Microfocus. By the time support comes people have moved on to a product that can support what they need. I remember when you were leaders in the industry. I would like to see those days again.Need to become more agile.

Then, I feel your pain at this point. Have run into this issue too many times in the past few years, not only with ZCM but almost with any other MF product too. Response to market opportunities is consistently too slow and too late. The MacOS support in ZCM is a joke.
