IP Address Management is "a thing"! Zenworks already knows a lot about my environment. If only you could beef up the Discovery Tasks (such as SNMP) a bit, give us extensible data fields for "discovered" devices so that we could add notes/description, being able to track infrastructure devices beyond just managed or inventoried devices, I wouldn't have to look for another product to do that!
Once upon a time, you had ManageWise, that was a great product, and for a short time even provided some management(?) of switches. Seems like ZCM already has much of what is needed to be able to add this added feature to be a central place for, at least, "basic" IP Address Management, certainly better than a spreadsheet solution!

This is really good to have in large environments. Especially if management permissions can be delegated on a per-subnet or per-host basis.
