ZENworks Configuration Management: Extend full name field for Administrator in ZENworks Control Center

At the moment we have problem to create a new administrator account based on User Source whose name is more than 29 characters in Cyrillic alphabet, since most of the full name attribute in user source is more than 29 characters.
And if the administrator full name has more than 29 characters when establishing a remote session to a device the following error message comes up: "Rights Authentication failed. The ticket could not be verified by the ZENworks server. Contact Novell Technical Services."
