The idea is to show the time relative to the current time so that the Administrator can easily relate to it. For Example, showing the last sync time of a device as "3 minutes ago" makes more sense than showing it as June 16, 2017 12:54 AM or showing the token expiry date as "in 5 days" looks cleaner than showing June 21, 2017 12:54 AM. The exact time can be shown as a tool tip.
