At the moment it's only possible to remote control/shadow a logged in user on a PC. It would be outstanding to be able to shadow users on RDP/Citrix sessions also!! The ideal situation in my mind would be to search for a user & no matter on what endpoint the user is logged onto, be able to shadow the user.
