ZCM needs an app so the end user can use ZCM as a self service portal to install allowed software just like we do for PC's and Mac's.
This function exist in competitor products like Samsung Knox.

This is absolutely necessary if ZCM is compete meaningfully with JAMF, inTune etc. I would also observe that ZMM had such an app. The app could also be used to simplify enrolment.
