If another inventory-only device uses the same GUID as another existing device (for whatever reason), the collection file processing system on the Primary server should detect the duplicate GUID situation by inspecting the XML data. It should not process the file but instead, create an error file and/or tell the inventory-only device using the duplicate GUID to re-GUID itself.
