iOS Profile bundle, a new category of iOS bundles available in ZENworks 2017 supports this on managaed iOS devices. Using this bundle you will be able to send down an iOS profile (Wifi, bluetooth, VPN etc) to managed iOS devices.
In fact, this bundle can be used to send any profile that has been generated by Apple Configurator.
Apple configurator does not run on Windows, Apple discontinued their windows iphone configuration utility years ago. This is not of use to those of us in windows only environments and acquiring an osX laptop simply just for this is not an efficient use of IT budget.
