We only use User Accounts in the configured User Source in ZCC e. g. for allowing help desk to do remote sessions.
The rights for this user could be assigned over groups in the user source, which was a great advantage in one of the last versions.
But at the moment every time a new user should be able to use ZCC we have to import him once in ZCC manually.
It would be great if users would be imported automaticly when a user is added to a group, that is giving him rights in zcc.
Maybee there should be an option to configure which groups should be checked for new users or every group that was manually imported earlier should trigger a user import.
Alternatily, there should be an option to schedule the check for new users to import in these groups every ... minutes/hours/days.

We use groups to assign Administrator rights in ZCC, and it synchronizes overnight. I never go in and do a manual import unless the rights are needed immediately.
