It would be very useful if some of the values that you can enter into the Collection Data Form (CDF) would appear on the Summary tab of the WS object.

Specifically, the First, Middle and Last name fields of the CDF should be concatenated and appear in the Owner field of the Summary page. The Department and Site field of the CDF should populate the Department and Site field on the Summary page. The Floor and Room field of the CDF should appear as fields on the Summary page of the WS object.
