If you want to schedule the “install” action set of a bundle, you have several ways today:
- 1. Assign it with “Distribution Schedule” and activate “Install Immediately after Distribution” -> but you lose the possibility to distribute content and install separately.
- 2. Assign “Distribution Schedule” without “Install Immediately after Distribution” and then a separate “Distribution Schedule” with “Install Immediately after Distribution” for example one at user and one at the computer. -> But you cant assign both to the same workstation group for example.
- 3. You choose “Launch Schedule” -> but then you are not allowed to insert actions like start the software, because then the software would start every morning after login for example.

Therefore the great advantage of content to prepare large installation by distributing content prior to installation is limited at the moment. Maybee there is a possibility to introduce a 4. schedule type "Install Schedule".
Especially for devices that are sometimes offline this would be a great feature.
