Let the user delete Bundle Shortcuts on the dekstop.
Let the user copy Bundle Shortcuts from the startmenu to the desktop.
And lets have an option to allow the customization or not.

Excepting last option, isn't this already possible?
you are right - copy to desktop seems to work. But if you delete an icon and reboot they appear again. also you have no right click actions like delete.
