If you give read rights (e.g. Device-Rights) to a ZCM administrator for a specific Context only,
this Administrator has the possibility to browse through the ZCM and can see the folder structure
and also can see the configuration of the ZCM.
In environments with high privacy protection, this read access is not wanted and allowed.
So, to the granularity of rights should be added a kind of browse right which could be revoked
for defined menu items, e.g. the whole item "Configuration"
