Software Usage is always a sensitive topic. Users feeling feeling controled and in certain countries the workers council needs to accept Software Usage. To increase acceptance, add an additional box at the agent, where the user can see his statistics.

Having lived with this issue since the middle Tally Systems days, this is probably a good idea. (I will note for the record that I'm a bit surprised that this is still an issue in Europe after 10-15 (?) years, but so be it.) How would you suggest limiting the data available to the end user? A rolling month of data perhaps?
