ZENworks Asset Management: Quick task to perform full scan from the zcc

Currently there is no option for an administrator to perform a full scan. Hence to have a quick task for the same.

The quick task can be there to be run on a single device, or a limited set of devices at a time.

If I'm reading this correctly this would be an option to force a full scan on a device, if that's the intent, then I'm for that!
