Description:
It is not simple to see which partitions a given Priority Sync policy is applied to by starting with the policy. In the current product, you must either A) Select all partitions as part of the "Partitions and Replicas->Priority Sync Policies->View and Change Applied policy" wizard or B) View the raw Priority Sync Policy object with "Directory Administration->Modify" and then read the values in the "Used By" attribute under the "Other" tab.

Proposed Solutions:
Create an option in "Partitions and Replicas->Priority Sync Policies" for "Policy View" or "View Partitions Assigned to Policy" or equivalent. The interface for this view would first request the user to select a particular policy, and would then list the partitions to which the policy was applied. Bonus points for showing which partitions did NOT have the policy as well (similar interface to the valued / not valued attributes interface in the "Other" tab) or for allowing addition and removal of partitions from this page.

Value Proposition:
Much easier to manage Priority Sync from a policy, rather than a partition, perspective.
