Micro Focus Open Enterprise Server: would like to control novell-named with rndc from another host

novell-named listens at the loopback address at port 953 for rndc connections.

# netstat -tlnp | grep :953
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:953 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 2617/novell-named

BIND allows configuration of the control connection per "controls" statement.

The "controls" statement cannot be configured at the "Additional Options" configuration tab of DNS Server objects in the DNS/DHCP Management Console

Would like to configure it to make novell-named listen for incoming rndc connections at an IP address, where I can connect to novell-named with rndc from remote hosts.
