NSS should support 4K drives natively and stop relying on 512b emulation.

This is absolutely necessary, The hardware development will not stop and the actual hardware is 4K block size. more and more Hard drives only delivered with 4k block size, even if they are SAS or SATA drives. The 512e or 512b emulation in most cases does not work, or even the supplier of the hard drive did not know how to activate them.
