I'd like the ablity to customise some of the error messages produced by the OES client. For example the Intrusion Detection error message says:

Login Denied: Someone has attempted to access your account by guessing password values.
Account diabled to deny possible intruder attack. See your system administrator.

This message is unhelpful and causes undue worry. I'd like our workstations to say something like:

You login has been denied. This may be due to one of the following reasons:

* You entered your password incorrectly too many times in quick succession
* You recently changed your password but have not updated it on all your devices (e.g. laptop/phone) and one of these devices is still using the previosu password
* Someone may have attempted to access your account by guessing password values

Please contact the IT Service Desk (email address / tel. no.)

Other customers may have their own requirements or preferences, hence why I think the messages should be customisable.
