In today's world of large storage pools, the idea that we need to offline a pool to perform a verify is no longer practical for business critical services. This becomes even more important with the advent of NSS64 as these pools can grow to 8 Exabytes. Other vendors provide this capability, Microfocus should provide feature parity.
