We are migrating to new printers. many students bring their own devices, they install the iPrint client and use iPrint to install our printer driver.

When we migrate to new printers I have to add each printer driver for each operating system (Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 etc, both for x86 and x64). That's a lot of work. We have no way to know which operating systems are popular.

It would help me if iPrint could log what operating system was used for each print job. An extra collumn in the audit logs would do the trick. It would be great to create a graph in time with a line for each OS. The higher the line, the more popular the OS is.

That way I can put my effort where it has the most impact,
