All Ideas in the Idea Management System should also have a Unique ID that can be searched for and used as a cross reference in other systems.

e.g.

Idea#102938 - Ideas should have a Unique ID

...Then on some other system in some other company:

"Logged enhancement request #102938 with Micro Focus."
