My daily routine starts with cleaning up the inbox. So, entering a filter word through copy/paste, from the spam sender, <Control A> and Delete. And then the next and so on.

Words like "free" and "offer" are often used. But often more complex filtering is needed. My point is: it all takes too much time and the next day the filters are gone so I have to start all over again.

We do use a MF SMG, Secure Messaging (antispam) Gateway which does it's work but still a daily manual cleanup is needed. I am aware that you could enter filterwords in the SMG. But sometimes I would to like to see them first before deleting or moving them (eg: "backupjob was successful") got a lot of them daily from several end users.

So what would be great is to preserve earlier used filters. Or to get filter words proposed on the basis of the inbox or history (autocompletion?). Or a coupled action (select filtered items to bin or move to..folder).
