Workday does not want their tenants accessed by integrations (Workday Driver) during maintenance mode periods. The maintenance happens weekly, monthly, annually, and ad hoc if urgent. The driver should be made to not query information from or update information in Workday when these maintenance mode periods are happening. Shutting the driver down before maintenance and restarting it after maintenance is complete would also work. Since there is a regular schedule for the weekly, monthly and annual maintenance these should be configurable. The ad hoc maintenance situation or extended scheduled downtime should be detected and the appropriate course of action taken.
