There are many G2C deployments where the government would like to reduce fraud with the help of fingerprint registration for access, which has checks for duplicates. Thus at the time of registration there are 2 things that has to be done:

1. Registration for a user by a delegated admin - so a user need not know any details about their account. Their account details remains with the organization.

2. Check for the duplicates before saving the same - during the registration of the user, duplication needs to be checked to manage the fraud activities. This needs to be done with least false positives.

This can be a unique proposition as this can drastically improve our proposals for G2C deployments.
