SSPR currently (v4.3) only includes email transmission for 'expiring password' notifications.
Given we already have SMS (OTP) integration for password change validation, it would be useful to have SMS as an option for the 'expiring password' notification as well.
Use case for us is external contractors who keep their cell number up to date, but not so much their email addresses.
