Novell Ideas: Advance authentication custom voice sender

We want to have an ability to add a custom web service for voice sending.
Currently (version 6.0.1) only Twilio service is supported for voice sending.

The custom web service should be similar to the custom SMS sender which allows any web service.

This would be a nice addition to the product and even integration with Cisco or other on-prem voice solutions.
