Add the ability to add comments directly into the Actions section of Rules in each Policy. Actions can get rather complex and having the ability to code comments makes the task of remembering what the code does after not touching it for months or longer. Additionally it add the ability to have a new programmer to come on board and have a good working understanding of what the code is doing both in learning the environment and troubleshooting a possible bug.

Other than documenting in the raw XML (<!-- Comments -->) which does not show up in the Designer GUI there is no where else to document the code that is with the code.

• Agreed. Should be a Comment action type. However, you can use a Do-Trace token, and then disable it. Same functionality just not the correct name.
