SLManager allows to view and edit the configuration of SecureLogin.
The SecureLogin Client Utility shows a subset of these configuration settings.
The customer would like to customize the visibility of the configuration settings or switch on visibility in case of a support issue (read-only, not editable!).
This is to verify whether configuration settings are distributed correctly to the client. For example, if the encryption changes, a supporter could easily check this together with the end user.
Althought SLAnalyzer, a tool for obtaining almost all settings exists, the proposed solution would be more convenient and easier to handle.
With SLAnalyzer the user has to download the SLAnalyzer-Software, run it, execute a SecureLogin Configuration Report (takes a few minutes), pass it to the service desk. The Report is in our example more than 5000 lines long. For the service desk colleagues, the SLAnalyzer would be too time consuming and too bulky.
Additionally, for an organization with more than 100000 employees worldwide, it would be good to have a homogenous user experience concerning the user interface of SecureLogin.
