The current search under GroupWise does not have the advanced option to provide multiple search criteria.
Example:
1. User with the First Name of 'John' and Department as 'Finance'
2. User with the First Name of 'John' and Department as 'Finance' and Country as 'France'

The problem occurs for organizations with large user implementations where John is a common name. Also the last name may match at times. The problem is compounded when Frequent Contacts is disabled.
