In the Filr Desktop client add Windows Explorer "Send to" integration. This would allow you to right click-->send to-->Filr and have the folder immediately uploaded. In the Filr client configuration settings, add the ability to set the Default destination of the Send To function... If not set, default to the users files workspace....
