Be sure to have a way to give the silent upgrade tool an local or domain admin account to perform the upgrade with. Most Windows clients local
user accounts will not have permissions to install software.
We provide an MSI that can be delivered and deployed silently. Is this not sufficient?
An where does one find the msi? It is not mentioned in the Novell Filr Desktop Application for Windows Quick Start, only the exe is, and from the Filr web portal, only the exe is available for download.
The quick start is written for the end user, so we didn't document it there. We put it in the Filr administration guide:
