Would this help:
As the administrator I want the enrolled iOS & Android devices to apply the PIN code policy settings that are effective for the device so that proper security is enforced.
Scenario #1:
1) The admin requires a PIN only if password is remembered
2) The device automatically prompts for PIN on login
Scenario #2:
1) The admin allows a PIN, but doesn't require it
2) The user can set the PIN
Scenario #3:
1) The admin prohibits the use of a PIN
2) The user cannot set a PIN
Scenario #4:
1) Passcode clear is configured to occur after 4 failed attempts
2) After 4 failed attempts then the passcode and remember password options are both cleared so that the user can set a new PIN after successful login.
Have to be two level authorization - PIN + SMS with code as the second authorization option. On the first login after the instalation Filer on mobile device have to be password authorization from LDAP and the next PIN and SMS as th option.
Filr 2 which was released yesterday (9th Feb) includes this feature.
