Micro Focus Filr: Open In should default to be the first item in the top right corner menu

In the iOS app, Open In should default to be the first item in the top right corner menu. It's listed in the menu, and you can rearrange the items in the menu, but to make first usage for new users easier, Open In should default to be the first item.
