Micro Focus Filr: Add one central proxy user to be used by all Netfolder Servers.

As you need a netfolderserver for each specific share in Windows environments it becomes a very big pain to enter Proxyuser credentials and passwords to each one of potentially hundreds of netfolderservers. In some environments it is even preferable that an IDM or scripting mechanism is used (with the coming REST api) to create netfolderservers/netfolders. In these cases it would be a great benefit if we had a place to enter a common Proxy user which should be used whenever the proxy userfield on the NetfolderServer is empty.
