Situation:
Currently file live icon status (i.e. red, orange, ...) is not propagated all the directory tree up.
When not "drilling down" in explorer view the user isn't aware of upen actions or conflicts.

Proposed Solution
Propagate file live icon status (i.e. red, orange, ...) all way up the directory tree to local Filr root.

Perceived Benefit
When opening local Filr filesystem the user immediately knows his system status.
