During Installation of Filr as Upgrade from from one version to higher (eg 1.2 to 1.3), the process gives no information to user regarding the state of install ie whether the install is fresh or is an upgrade.
It will be a good usability feature to provide user with the info, regarding the type of install that is being performed.
