Micro Focus Filr: Render of LibreOffice fails on ever first attempt of render with mobile app

Using the iOS app, try to open a LibreOffice file like .odp or .ods (using the rendering). There will be a message "Unable to view file", but if you hit the Generate Preview button, the file shows ok.

It´s normal with Microsoft Office files.

Using the browser it's all ok too.

Hi Ricardo,

If you still have this problem you should open a SR for that. This is not a common issue.
