Filr could be a better visualization of what has been shared directly from UI, just like the little blue arrow that indicates a sync'ed file or the circular orange arrow that indicates the file is uploading.

If a file or folder has been shared, a differente color or sign shows for easy identification. Today on Desktop Client we don't have anything to check what is shared or not.
