Tie security to Net Folders in Filr. Meaning if the user does not have access to net folders they don't see the icon in the web interface or the moble applicaion. Only after they have access to net folders do they show up.

• And do not allow the user to delete a file on desktop client if it is read only on the net folder. If they do that, it never resyncs again, this confuses users.

• Same here, I think Net Folder icon shouldn't be visible for external users.

• Agreed - will get this done as part of user interface and experience revamp planned for Filr 4.0

• In the new/revamped Web Client of Filr (beta available from Filr 4.1) - user will see Net Folders only if they have access to Net Folders (and similarly for Share with Me and My Files).
