This is a serious design flaw. The iOS Filr App has this capability. The Android Filr App should be able to do this also!

100% agree, it should be possible. All the major competitors are able to upload multiple files.
Being limited to 1 file at a time makes the product practically unusuable.
Agreed - we will have this implemented around Feb 2017.

This capability is now available in recently released update to Filr - versioned 3.1.
Please note that Filr 3.1 is released as an update via Online Update Channel and thus doesn't require you to install a new Filr virtual appliance.
