To protect an infrastructure, antivirus are not enough. We must apply policies to block zero day vulnerabilities and suspicious files like .exec, .bat etc …
Most of users use file sharing to share business files like word, excel, pdf, picture etc … but not executable files.
Specific users like IT members can use file sharing to share executable files
It will be nice if administrator can decided who can share/upload executable files inspecting the header of the file or its extension. Don't forget archive files.
All executable files are suspicious. So it will be nice if you could add this feature. Thanks

Please note that we are working on a system wide policy to restrict file types from upload (as specified in the idea at https://ideas.microfocus.com/MFI/novell-filr/Idea/Detail/252)
Per user would later.
