First of all - the html-layout in the mail, is not compatible with Outlook (in this particular case 2010)... and I might not like Outlook very much – but I do think that it’s here to stay…

Secondly... In the mail received, there will be a Table of Contents consisting of Anchors to the link below - and that's an fantastic idea if you have 800 changes, and need to scroll to find the link. But if you only have a few changes, and you email is in full screen - the user will click the link, and nothing happens... and there's nothing more annoying than a link that fails!

So a possibility to remove the Table of contents would be very much appreciated.
