Micro Focus Filr: Do not allow Filr 2.x client talk to a 1.x backend

Now that Filr 2.0 just shipped. I just installed a test lab Filr 2.0.0 system and installed the Filr 2.0.0 client on my desktop, BUT my Filr 2.0.0 desktop client is allowed to connect to my production 1.2 system where it is doing weird stuff. It has no clue what to do about Applications Blocked/Allowed. This connection should not be allowed at all.

We plan to do this for the next big release of Filr.

Note that Filr 3.x clients can't connect to Filr 2.x server

We will ensure Filr 4.x clients can't connect to Filr 3.x server

As we can't bring this on for Filr 1.x server - am moving this to completed
